He's indestructible.But his strength is closer to Links.The Real thing you need to worry about is how many superheros who are now against the monsters.But I think we're getting off-topic.

Dr. Cockroach mostly because he has more of the mad virbe in him. Link would just be his sidekick if he had to be evil.

A new villian.
I've never been a fan of the "you thought I was dead, but I escaped death by the narrowest of margins and now I'm back to give your planet an atomic wedgie, starting with revenge on you, my greatest foes".
If they're going to follow the formula, they'll have one main villian who will get the majority of the stories and an assortment of minor villians, just to shake it up.
