I like the Galaxhar suit better.
It just looks more visually distinctive.
A standout character deserves a standout outfit.
It's a shame they took it away (judging from the halloween special, when she's back to her prison uniform).
Practically though, Galaxhar's suit would be more functional.
Susan is almost invulnerable, but any clothing made on earth would not be.
By the end of the mission, it'd be torn and shredded and badly in need of replacing, just from the stresses it would endure being worn on a superhuman giantess fighting battles.
I now have a mental image of Susan looking for a giant towel to "cover up" the torn uniform.
Can you imagine the budget costs and difficulty of making a giant jumpsuit everytime Susan goes out to play?
I'm assuming the Galaxhar suit is more durable then this, being designed specifically for Susan's unique physical properties.

I think that Ginormica looks kinda bad in the jump suit, cause it kind of reminds you that she's a prisoner. In the Gallaxhar Suit, she looks good even if she's getting hurt! The design is amazing and original. Tron outfits have straight, glowing lines on them, but the Gallaxhar suit has curved lines that sparkle and shine instead of glow. The Gallaxhar suit seems like something you can do anything in, like amazing gymastic stunts, but the prison suit looks like sunday jogging clothes. Just look at what you could do if the Gallaxhar Suit was a dress (Credit fo JunebugHard on deviantart): junebughardee.deviantart.com/art/Ginormica-208666901 The Gallaxhar suit fits all sizes, so it doesn't break, and Susan won't outgrow it or "outshrink" it, but if Susan lost the quantonium with the prison suit, well, you know what will happen. So obviously, I'm all Gallaxhar suit here.

Also Susan should have kept it for the mutant pumpkins special and the tv series.

One more comment: When Ginormica shot the statue in the space ship and the quantionium fell on her (I'm assuming it's a liquid) with her alien suit on, she was completely dry. Woo the Gallaxhar suit's so useful, convienent, fits everyone, and looks so cool that when somebody tries to draw it to make their own stories, it won't look anything like it, so they won't get sued for copyright. See? That's how awesome it is!

Although, lt's just accept that it's not the cape to make a hero, right?

Yes, you can be a hero or heroine no matter what costume you wear.
But technically, I think it's appropriate to wear an outfit that says, I'm here to save the day, look at me!
Also, since Susan is the designated leader, she needs something to make her stand out, just so the rest of the team can locate her at a moment's notice. Yes, granted a 50foot woman is hard to miss, but even so, she needs to be seen. Also, in theory, if you were looking for her at a great distance, high visibility would need to be a factor, as if you got far enough away, Susan could appear to be normal size. And when she shrinks, picking her out of the crowd could be harder. Although I'd just look for the girl with white hair and hope there was nobody else with the same color in the crowd!
I just think the Area 5? jumpsuit is too bland, it looks like Susan is being a girl motor mechanic, not a superhuman.
As an aside topic, do we have any idea what Susan's real wardrobe is? Prior to her transformation, we've only seen her in a pink t-shirt, which she was sleeping in. In the show, we see a picture of her in a guide uniform, but that's about it when it comes to Susan's wardrobe. I suppose it's somewhat justified that she can only wear the jumpsuit, as growing 50 feet when wearing normal clothes would tear them to shreds. Although with Squeep's brilliance and the technology of Area 5? at her disposal, I'd find it incredulous that they couldn't replicate the technology from the bodysuit supplied by Galaxhar to make other outfits. I'm assuming that's what they did with her new jumpsuit, as it doesn't look the same as her old one.
I'm just curious as to what personal style Susan has. What kinds of clothes does she like? And what colors does she favor?

Whatever. Well, I'd rather it wasn't up to me to pick clothes, because they would all end up dressed in Mafia

Gallaxhar's suit, it looks really cool with its curved lines and shines, and if they ever make a sequel I hope she wears it
