When I was reading through the 'Making of JAWS', I remembered quite clearly, one particularly hilarious sentence, or bunch of sentences...

And it said, something about when the boat sank during production, and what happened off camera xD

'Roy Scheider just walked into a restaurant, and calmly announced, "The boat sank," and just left...
about 30 minutes later, Richard Dreyfuss bounced into the same restaurant, and must have been hyper, because he shouted, "Ladies and Gentlemen, The boat sank!" And bounced on out.'

Ok, If it's hard to read, the first line is from Roy, and if you can't tell, I actually tried a background xD... He goes, "The boat sank." With a random 'lol' next to his drawing...
The next panel, people are just like, wtf just happened lol?'
The next panel under it, Roy walks out saying 'Lol.'
4th Panel, says 30 Minutes Later.
Fifth Panel has a hyper Richard Dreyfuss saying(ehem...) Shouting, "Ladies and Gentlemen, The boat sank!" And the last panel has some random person saying, "Must be dramatic irony?"

This one made me laugh the most. It's the quote from the movie, at the dinner table, and I just decided to doodle it. Hooper is off in his own world, explaining stuff, and Brody is in the background, sitting there.

I'd imagine him to be saying- "How the hell did a shark get into my F***ing living room?"



I dunno if I actually have any explanation for this XDDDDDD

I mean, the line that Brody retorted with was ultimate PWNage...

I've always had the idea of the scene from Naruto Shippuuden when Kisame appears. His sword is like Jaw's fin when he travels underground XD

I wanted to add this to the actual book, a fan chapter of the scene before they are out on the boat. The scene was in the movie, but not in the book, so I decided to make a BrodyANGST fic C: It may be a bit twisted and disturbing at the end, no blood, no gore, just mentalness

The night before, it had been decided. That was the night that Chief Brody gave up and hired Quint with a phone call, and made a mistake. Why did Brody say anything about a partner? He could have stayed ashore, where he at least was safe, and not near the dangers of the ocean, like the menace of a Great White shark that had been terrifying The town of Amity, and his own dreams. He had hired Quint. He had hired Amity's local sharker to end the life of the Great White menace, who had been terrorizing the town of Amity in this summer of 1975.

Brody drove down the road, peeking at the road signs every so often, to see if he was on the right path. He was a bit agitated this morning, and it didn't help him at all with Hooper sitting in the passenger seat, casually drumming on his thighs. Hooper looked embarrassed, maybe even a little awkward sitting next to the man who had Ellen Brody for a wife. It made him feel even more awkward that he had talked about private places and fantasies, and even made their own fantasy. A rosy blush crawled on to his face, and he reddened like a beet when he looked at Brody, and found Brody's eyes already staring. He quickly retracted his eyes, and attempted to cover them with his hair, to no avail.

Brody hadn't paid much attention to the look, not noticing it. He had given up conversation with Hooper when he tried to force it as he picked Hooper up that morning. He was arguing to himself now, and clenched the steering wheel a bit tighter, and tried to relax. Thoughts raced through his head and he thought about the options. He truly wasn't sure he wanted to go along, well, he never wanted to go along in the first place.

Why couldn't I just drop Hooper off with Quint? He thought, looking over toward Hooper again, this time with a faster drumming beat.

He was still itching to know where Hooper had been on the day it had rained. He knew he had checked the hotel he was staying at, but he had his doubts about Daisy, after receiving information that she was in fact, a lesbian. He did know that if Hooper was with Ellen that day, he might as well kill him, and interrogate Ellen. Brody had become visibly upset, and Hooper sort of jumped as Brody mumbled nonsense under his breath.

Brody cleared the thought of just taking a shot-gun, putting it to Hooper's head, and shooting. He could say that Hooper had raped Ellen or something...

He read the nearest road sign, and turned onto a dirt road, right toward Quint's shack. He parked near the shack, took the keys from the ignition, and issued Hooper out of the car with a, "Come on, you can get out now. Were here." Hooper let out a sigh of relief with that announcement.

This is one of the more serious ones of mine, kind of like a moment between Brucey(the shark), and Hooper. When they first spot the Shark, and Hooper's got the camera, I think he'd also be shocked and blissful that he got to experience all this.

Well, I was personally devastated when Hooper was killed in the novel version.

Because there's some sort of curse that makes all the authors of the world hate me. Every time I get a favorite character, in the book, they always nearly die or die DX
