As much as I want Monster Beach to be their new base of operations (from the video game), I would LOVE to see more of Area 5X, and, as you've stated Mansion, it's probably cheaper to animate than a beach-front background (though maybe they could combine the two. Have Area 5X be located on beach front property, or North Pacific Monster Island. It'd work!).
I'll have to disagree with you on Tim Curry for Cockroach, but I would love to have him do a voice in the show. He's a great villain voice actor, maybe he could even do Gallaxhar instead? I dunno, Curry's voice just fits as a truly evil villain than a semi-evil one. Plus I'm certain they'll just get Cockroach's voice actor from the game- who sounds a freakish lot like Hugh Laurie anyway.
And I echo Nicole Sullivan for evil cat-lady.
What I wonder about is B.O.B. I just can't picture anyone but Seth Rogen voicing him- I mean, Seth Rogen IS B.O.B.!

I have to respectfully disagree there on both counts. Gallaxhar was such a nerdy, Dwight Schrute-ish kind of villain... Not really a Curry vibe. And the accent would not work at ALL.
Also... Professor Calamtous from Jimmy Neutron, anyone? He totally can pull off the almost-but-not-quite effective mad scientist thing. And definately the neurotic British vibes.
But, hey, I respect your opinon and I'm definitely very, very, VERY skewed on this matter. And, if the videogame VA is good, I'd have no complaints.

Again, Curry strikes images of Taurus Bulba to me, first and foremost, than Calamitous (whom he was awesome as, I must agree!) and I really don't think he sounds right as Cockroach (he has a really deep, scratchy, somewhat nasally voice whereas Cockroach is very prim and proper) so I'm a little biased. But I agree to disagree. Yeah, the guy from the game does an EXCELLENT Hugh Laurie impression. I wasn't even aware it was another guy at first! (I can hear the difference now, but it's still a great impression)

Okay, I guess I can conceed on the voice quality. (Okay, whatever, I'm not bringing it up anymore. I made my point.)
If I had to throw out a VA for BOB... I think I could live with John DiMaggio, if only for the fact that he's got a similar timbre to Rogan (Rogan's so weird in that he's deep-voice but goofy, and you just don't get that combo a lot...) and he's good enough at acting to play it silly but innocent like Rogan. I dunno. That's not really the greatest choice in the world, I know.

DiMaggio could work. Other voice actors I've thought of could be Jeff Bennet (used to playing stupid characters) or Jamieson Price (voice of Yukio Oikawa from Digimon, has a pretty deep voice that's similar in tone to Seth Rogen).
Hunh. Maybe I should make a seperate topic for voice actors. ^_^'

BOB? How about Michael McGaharn:
Little warning here. This may not be kid friendly. It's a bar scene, and for some reason, the woman in the scene looks like she forgot part of her shirt (she's a queen, yet she dresses like that? Japanese character designs are weird...). But all in all, it's a cute scene. McGaharn's character is the boorish commoner with a thing for the queen of an enemy nation. He's actually quite the gentlemen when he's around her. Always trying to make her happy. Pressuring her to drink is his way of helping her to relax, so don't get any ideas!
McGaharn is the only guy in the scene, so you won't miss him.
Oh, and the lady in yellow at the end, Tara Strong of Fairly Oddparents fame (Timmy Turner). She'd fit in an MVA series quite nicely too.

Sounds a little too high.

True, but I'm not worried about pitch. It's delivery that matters, and I think this guy could deliver. But who knows, I haven't heard him speak in a lower voice, so maybe...

I don't mean to imply that your opinion wasn't valid. I can see (or hear) how someone could reject McGaharn as BOB. He is definitely higher pitched. I just loved the way he delivers the care-free whimsy of Jansen (that character).
Trust me when I say almost every scene with Jansen in it was a hoot (this is merely one that focuses on him in his element). So many quick jabs at other more serious characters, crude and direct lines, and just a plethora of funny and realistic facial expressions make this character so life-like. I see BOB as a similar personality, so that's why I made the connection to McGaharn.
Just me being a fanboy, is all. Pay me no mind.

I'd see Micheal Bell as Dr. Cockroach Though.

Tip the monster therapist!
Also, the war room morphing into playboy mansion party shack would have been fun to see.
