Oh, you'd be surprised. Speaking as a guy, there are more people willing to play second fiddle for somebody like Ginormica.
Aside from the canon characters, I think a Ginormica Fan Club might be up for it. =o

Like a....slash couple? OMG! That is so weird cause Fanfiction.Net is SPAM with thousands and millions of Susan/Dr. C with little so on Susan/Link, B.O.B./Jello and even a TINY flock of Susan/B.O.B, Link/Katie and Gallaxhar/Computer, no one ever had the shot at making a slash couple for the movie? Earlier before, I'm talking WAY before Samin left for camp, me and her were joking about slash pairings for Monsters Vs Aliens, and I brought up this wild idea of General Monger and The President as a match XDD |

Now that you brought it up, you have to make a Monger x President thread.
That said, I think contextually Baycrum meant that Link and Dr. Cockroach wouldn't be up to having a relationship with Ginormica at the same time. I dunno though. For Link we'd need to know more about the courtship practices of his species.

I think the difference with Polyandry is that it usually doesn't involve overt competition between more than one suitor. Like, it's not so much dating more than one guy, as having more than one guy as an established boyfriend/husband.

OFF TOPIC: In regards to slash, there was a little talk about it in the FFN message boards. I believe that Monger/his leuteniant (y'know, the guy with him in the plane? That was clinging on him when they parachuted to Insecto's cocoon?) was mentioned. Anyway, what's wrong with slash? O.o
SOMEWHAT ON TOPIC: I don't see Link or the Doc having huge problems with polyanry. Apparantly, Link chases after girls by the flock. And they push the whole "charm and dance" aspect of the Doc so much that I have to assume he was something of a flirt/womanizer/what have you back in the day.
Not to say that I nessicarily think that the situation would arise or that they would even genuinely consider it if it did, but I wouldn't dismiss it out of hand, either.
