I'm not done with designs or anything, but I figured I'd post this anyway.
Name: Kazimir (Last name unknown.)
Monster Ability: Shrinking (Based on the 1957 film The Incredible Shrinking Man)
History: When Kazimir was a boy in Russia, he ran away to join a travelling circus. When he became a young man, he angered a medium at the circus and she threw a handful of powder at him that he later realized this led to his gradual shrinking. When he realized this, he asked the medium for forgiveness. She said she would agree to a large sum he could never afford. He fled. He continued to shrink and scavenger for almost a year until he realized how to control the power.
His ability to retain the form of a normal human and the elusiveness of shrinking himself out of sight has been able to keep him outside any monster prisons. Because of this, he realized that he could profit off of his power without risking any prison and returned to the circus. He became known as The Amazing Kazimir, showing off his shrinking ability to all who came. Even when he had enough money to pay the medium for a cure, he preferred instead to make more money.
On top of his game, he found out that America had exposed its captured monsters, and their records had now become public. Kazimir was interested in these different abilities, but more particularly of the monster Ginormica. If he could just have some of the chemical that created her, combined with the powder that created his shrinking power, he could use a new growing ability to his advantage.
Personality: He is a very laid-back person. He only serves himself, no matter if his doings can be seen as good or bad.
Appearance:
Really dark brown hair, slightly tan skin.
I just realized he looks a lot like Sylvester Stallone! :O
His country (Russia), is a fallback on cheesy villains during the Cold War who had some kind Russian accent. Just trying to keep the 1950s motif. ;)
