Dr. Cockroach -- He had me from "They said it couldn't be done... They said I was crazy... But I'll show them! Muahahahahaha!" I really can't properly express enough how much I LOVE mad science. It's an obsession. I like that he's sweet and charming and British and all... But I love that he makes supercomputers from a pizza box, two cans of hairspray... And a paperclip!
Link -- My god, how can anyone not love Link? He's smarmy, slightly cynical, unlawfully fun to write, and has a secret soft gooey center of sweetness.
Gallaxhar -- Could you GET a better villian? In turns menacing and a complete buffoon, all his jokes were spot on, his tireless efforts were the whole driving force behind the entire movie, and his tragic origins were so comically vague!!

I can't pick...this is basically the first movie where I like allof the characters, not just a certain one! But if I had to choose...it'd probably be B.O.B.

I am in a tie between Dr. Cockroach and B.O.B. I'm a big fan of both of both of them; Dr.C for his mad scientist edge and cuteness, and B.O.B because of his randomness and blob-ish cuteness. I chose B.O.B though because of he had only three votes ^-^"

I have to go with Susan. It's so odd to see the sweet, naive girl turn into a total bad*** yet remain the same person she always was. Her reactions were very realistic (she's the strongest of the team yet she's the only one that runs from the robot, does the arm-crossing thing when she's scared, stuff like that).
So, go Ginormica.

I'm sweet and naive and I would go all bad*** if someone killed my friend, destroyed my hometown, and frightened millions of people. I would want to strangle him/her even though I wouldn't want to harm even a little fly. I had a roach once. I named it "Crunchy", but I let it go before my mother would make me get rid of it. I also found a baby tarantula at the stable I use to work at. I named the fuzzy little guy "Scruffles". I wanted to keep that, but my parents would've yelled at me and ordered me to get rid of it. I released it into the desert area before such a thing could've happened.

Susan, definitely. We need more heroines like her in movies! She's not the obnoxious "RAWR I DON'T NEED A MAAAAAAN" kind of girl you see in a lot of girl-power movies; she's actually portrayed really realistically and sweet. But at the same time she could go all badass on you and run through walls like a juggernaut. TV Tropes words it quite nicely, actually.
...my second favourite is Insectosaurus. When I thought she died, I was pretty upset, as was my friend sitting next to me since we were exchanging small conversations on how cute she was throughout the movie.
