Greetings to all Monsters VS Aliens fans.
I myself am a huge fan of this Dreamworks Animation film, plus BOB's Big Break and Mutant Pumpkins from Outer Space.
I have seen this film five times in theaters, the most I have seen in my life.
The only other Dreamworks Animation film that's a fav is the clay mation CHICKEN RUN. Very funny and moving at the same time.
Back to MvA, I gained a huge liking of Reese Witherspoons Susan Murphy. When slupping in the corner of her dark cell, I felt her pain, everytime I saw that scene.
All of the monsters are very unique characters, despite being parodies, but they stand well on their own legs.
I hoped too this would become a successful franchise, but it looks like that will not come to pass (don't worry I check for updates about the TV series).
In my heart, Monsters VS Aliens, despite what other people say, will be in my opinion one of Dreamworks' finest animated features.
