Well, we all take turns typing out what their character does in a situation. For instance:
Person #1 types:
The giant lizards stomps angrily around the city, causing mayhem and destruction. It's breath comes out in flames, setting fire to a huge office building. Roaring and snarling, it smashed it's way through the city.
Person #2 types:
All of a sudden, Super Guy flies in and throws a tanker at the giant lizard! The whole thing blows up and blasts the lizard to Kingdom Come! The crowds of spectators cheer for their savior!

I've done it before. But in a very different way. It's the same thing though.
