Do you guys have another forum you go to or are you on any social media site like Facebook, Twitter or MySpace? And yes I'm asking so I can join or at least check it out. The only other place I'm at is Pixar Planet and HalloweenForum.com

Nah, this was the only place I could find, apart from Deviantart. Now if you find anything else, I'm interested

I'm not keen on social networking sites.
As for forums, well, that's a longish list! Unless you want the whole list, you'll have to narrow the criteria down somewhat.
Generally though, they fall under the criteria of a few specific Disney Cartoons, Danny Phantom or My Life as a Teenage Robot, my favorite Pixar films and my favorite Dreamworks films with a few other animated/cgi/stop motion films/series of varying categories thrown in just because I enjoyed them.
A rather annoying discovery I have made is the number of fans on any particular social medium is inversely proportional to the amount of civil behavior when posting. Basically, the more fans there are, the less civil they become. Which is why I tend to avoid large fanbases, because of that observation.

It's pretty depressive seeing this forum, after so many posts, to die down like this.

That may be true for those types of places but not every place is like that. I've joined forums that had lots of activity and the members we very civil. Like comicvine and gametrailers.com but I left those places because they became very boring. You start seeing the same posts again and again. Crusader - Yeah, it can be somewhat depressing. But there's always the chance that a few more people could join. I mean, we're here after all.

Actually, I was thinking of MMO based forums. But as those forums typically have unpleasant posters, my view may be biased somewhat.
I know there is one particular cartoon fanbase I'm avoiding because I'm incredibly uncertain how tolerant of criticism they may be. And that is because I had two incidents in less then one day with that fanbase simply for expressing my opinion, that's not a good sign.
Another factor may be that when you put many people together with many differing views, instead of talking them out, they'll fight them out instead.
And then you have the powertripping Admins/Moderators, who want to present a certain image and remove anything that doesn't support their views.
If I see any of the above things happen, I just walk away. It's not worth investing energy in fighting those battles.

No, it wasn't MLP.
Even with my incredibly limited knowledge of their fanbase, I know enough to put as much distance between me and the MLP fanbase as possible!
