Ok. So if you were to wake up one day, and you got to pick a character from this movie to essentially "become", who would it be? I don't mean being thrown into life from their POV, but into their circumstances; their physical appearance, and abilities.
Ginormica- You're big. Too big to fit into any normal structure. Clothing is a chore to acquire. Food is often cheap-o bulk food that tastes like cardboard. Lots, and lots of cardboard. No one can afford to find anything tasty, large, and sustainable for you. You also run the risk of harming things if you aren't looking, or just get clumsy. You also lose all pigment (Susan's eyes went from hazel-green to pale blue, hair brown to white).
On the plus side, you have strength disproportionate even to your size. You are immune to energy based weaponry.
B.O.B.- You are the combination of two non-sentient objects. As such, you have limited biological functions (intelligence, sensation). Your body is transparent, (pick any color, but you cannot change once you have chosen) which makes people uneasy. You also give a weird odor to anything you touch (hope to God it's ham).
BUT, you are amorphous. Your body can take any form you wish. It is also very resilient. Repairing any damage you sustain is as easy as wishing it. Lack of sensation combined with resilience makes pain a non factor in your life.
The Missing Link- You are a combination of two sentient lifeforms. It does not have to be fish and ape, like Link. Pick any two. You have an appearance that resembles both. People are immediately frightened by this. You also have the physical needs of both creatures, which may cause conflict.
You also gain the strengths of your two species to create a unique creature with incredible survival capabilities.
Doctor Cockroach- You are the product of an experiment gone wrong. It has merged you with an insect. It does not have to be a cockroach. Your head is that of your chosen insect, as well as your mannerisms and diet. Unfortunately, you do not gain Doc's intelligence since that was the source of the experiment, not the result. Again, people are frightened by your appearance and your behavior.
You gain aspects of your chosen insect: wings, stinger, pincers, an exoskeleton, ability to walk on water, etc. You get it all.
Insectosaurus- Frikkin enormous, but you are a bug deep down inside. You experience the same growth, and maturation of others in your species, although you get different results. You cannot speak, but are intelligent enough to understand. This frustrates you. Others may be able to understand you, but only after years have been spent in your company. Stay away from lights as they consume your attention.
Your advantage is your size. Nothing is too big for you to deal with. Upon reaching adulthood, you will gain new abilities, depending on your species. Oh, and you can spit very sticky goo out of your nose.
Ok. Anything in red is a disadvantage. Blue is a strength. Weigh the pros and cons, and make your decision. Please include your choices for anything that is optional (blob color, hybrid animal type, etc.). Again, your are not becoming Ginormica, the pretty young thing dumped by Derek who doesn't want to be a monster but warms up to the idea over time. You are becoming a giant.
