Yeah, it's better that it has it's own thread! I'm looking forward to it!
I just hope it keeps the movie quality, especially because it will most likely call for a lot of action. :)

It should be fairly good, I agree. I'll definitely catch it when debuts if I can. Besdies, Halloween is my favorite holiday, so any Halloween special is good in my book. ;D
How much you wanna bet there's going to be a trick-or-treating joke with Link, B.O.B. and Cockroach?

This is a holiday special for NBC, not an episode from the television series, sadly. We probably won't be seeing the TV series for a while now (earliest would be late 2010). |

A Halloween special? This sounds so much like Shrek the Halls, expect we get to see something festive before the holidays. I can see B.O.B. going after the candy corn and all LOL! That outta be promising.

It's too early when to know what time they'll be having it on October when we're only at the end of May. I never did thought Monsters Vs Aliens could make enough money to get it's own television series AND a halloween special, but this is better than having to wait forever in years just to get something outta it!
Oh and I'm mostly sure there HAS to be some ads for it. Most likely I know they're gonna show a lot of commerials of it on TV and then send it straight to DVD after.

I never did thought Monsters Vs Aliens could make enough money to get it's own television series AND a halloween special, but this is better than having to wait forever in years just to get something outta it! Thing about MvA is it made a KILLING when it first premiered, and was one of the highest grossing Dreamworks movies on its premiere, outclassing the first Madagascar, but then it started to fizzle out as time went by (the success of Hannah Montana might have something to do with it, I suppose). Of course, it's still in theaters, so the fat lady's not over yet. And if the TV series and Halloween special do well, a sequel can't be too far off either. *Takes off nerd hat* Okay, I'm done sounding like a smarty-pants. Who wants to guess Halloween costumes? |
