Technically, I believe the correct plural is Ninja as the Japanese don't have the same way of denoting plurals as we do, but Ninjas is an "accepted" anglicized plural. Or a joke. Or I could be totally wrong.

I dunno. I hear both, though I do know that in the Japanese language the plural is "ninja."
