Just a weird idea I had. If there was a sequel, what would it be called? Would it simply be called Monsters vs. Aliens 2, or would it be called Monsters vs. [Insert villain of choice here]?

Monsters vs Zombies. Thousands and thousands of zombies. Then out of all the undead limbs left behind from their first fight, somebody gathers the pieces to make a Frankenstein's monster type to join the monster squad!

That's a good question to thought off of. I was trying to think of that too this afternoon before I had lunchtime. Basically, the point of the orginal movie was that there were monsters battling against aliens, so I would think that robots would be outta the question since they did only use ONE giant alien robot in this movie
They could be battling a well-out monster and called it Monsters Vs. Monsters, but...that sounds dumb lol! I think we should take this as the opportunity to contact Dreamworks and see if we can help them cook up a good name for the title on their future sequels case they ever create one. I'm thinking by now there might be a sequel 3 years by now.
But the trouble is they might just keep it at Monsters Vs. Aliens 2 and then just add another extra title with it like they did with the second Madagascar movie when they were calling it Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa.
Maybe Mummies or Vampries could work out, I dunno. I'm just trying to think of something up good too.

This might sound kinda dumb...but before Gallaxhar made his clones, it would technically be Monsters Vs. Alien (or 'the' alien) - since Gallaxhar was the only alien before he made the clones (sorry, I repeated myself)  |

How about Monsters vs Humans...? I have no idea were that just came from. It doesn't even have a nice ring to it...and besides, the monsters are supposed to protect the people! XD

Actually, the vs Aliens thing is accurate due to all of Gallaxhar's clones of doomy-doom.
